16 oz raw mixed nuts
1.5 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon picked fresh thyme
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Toss together nuts, oil, spices, salt and pepper in a large bowl and arrange on a lined baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, half way through gently mix the nuts to ensure that they cook evenly. Remove from the oven- once golden brown and serve warm or let cool and serve at room temperature.
